The Amygdala is responsible for depression, anxiety and anger. When we are under pressure we can find that our coping system kicks in and we lose control, shouting and even getting physical, throwing things or hitting out.

Learning how best to control and direct thoughts so over time you get less angry, less often and for shorter periods increases your confidence that you can live your life without anger. Reflect on what benefits anger has brought, compared to the benefits of not bothering to get angry.

Most importantly, taking responsibility for your own choices and emotions and no longer blaming others for your own behaviour. It takes guts, the change is worth it.

Your life and those you care for and love, will improve beyond belief.
