What information do we collect about you and how is it collected?
We collect information about you when you enquire to us or pay for work to be undertaken. These are only basic details such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. You may be providing us with your details via email, website contact form, telephone or letter. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using ‘cookies’ – please see separate section titled ‘Using our Website and Social Media’.
How will we use the information about you and with who will we share it?
We will use your details to contact you about your enquiry and process your request efficiently. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with other companies. In processing your order, we may need to send your details to other companies who we engage with eg. to instruct them who/where to send your product(s) to. We will always ask for consent first. Testimonials and photos provided by clients will only be published on social media, website and printed material with the consent of the client.

Like most websites, when you visit our website, standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information is collected by ‘cookies’. These are text files placed on your computer and the information collected is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity, to provide a better service to our followers. We know that keeping your information safe is vital. We promise to collect, process, store and share your data safely and securely. We use a variety of physical, electronic and technical measures to ensure this – all of which prevent unauthorised access to, use of, or disclosure of your personal information. In particular to information provided via the website contact form and shop, this is kept secure and protected through our ‘SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)’ certificate. SSL encrypts the data between your web browser and our servers.
