What is it and how can hypnotherapy help?

Our response to loss, maybe the loss of someone or something that has died or left and we had a very close bond or affection.

It takes time for the brain to process this information emotionally, it also has physical, cognitive, behavioural, social, cultural, spiritual and philosophical dimensions. As a result many people can suffer anxiety, severe sadness, anger and loss of motivation.

Everyone experiences grief differently and finding your way through it is also unique. Using hypnosis allows your mind to look into those sad, scary places whilst in a safe place helps clients to process their grief their way.
